To enter our tag to win competition on Instagram, all you need to do is:

1. Follow the Pet Protect Instagram or Facebook pages.
2. Tag your followers on the tag to win post. Each tag = one entry. The more accounts you tag the more chances you have of winning.
3. Optional: share this post on your stories and tag @petprotect for an extra 10 entries.

The three winners who tag the most followers, will win the competition. If more than one person has the same number of entries, to select the winner, they will be entered into a prize draw to be drawn at random.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Pet Protect Ltd (registered company number 1774371) whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, WD6 2XX.
2. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Pet Protect Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. By entering the competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The route to enter the competition can be viewed at www.petprotect.co.uk/tagtowin
5. The competition is available to anyone who follows the below rules between 25^th March 2024 and 8th April 2024.
6. The closing date of the competition is 8^th April 2024. After this date no further entries are permitted.
7. For the chance to win 1 of 3 £30 Amazon voucher codes. The competition rules are as follows:
   • Entrants must follow @petprotect on Instagram or Facebook.
   • Entrants must like the competition post.
   • Entrants must tag the accounts they follow on the competition post.
   • One account tag on the competition post is equal to one entry. Entrants can tag @petprotect on their Instagram stories for a further 10 entries into the competition.
   • Three winners will be selected and announced based on the number of entries into the competition between 8^th and 15^th April 2024.
   • If more than one person has the same number of entries, to select a winner, they will be entered into a prize draw and drawn at random.
   • Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
   • Each tagged account must be submitted only once by each entrant and any duplicates will be removed from the competition.
   • The winners will be contacted through Instagram to obtain an email address to send the £30 Amazon voucher code. If any winner does not respond to the message with 7 days, we have the right to select another winner at random.
   • The competition is only valid if an entrant enters between the above qualifying dates.
8. The £30 Amazon voucher code will be sent to the winners by email and entrants must have a valid email address.
9. Pet Protect has the right to reject entries to the competition that are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive, misleading, unethical, discriminating, defaming, pornographic in nature or conflict with our ethical and pet wellbeing guidelines.
10. By submitting entries into the competition, entrants agree to grant Pet Protect a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, republish, edit, or modify content connected with the competition and any future communications, marketing and promotional purposes that Pet Protect consider appropriate in relation to this promotion.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The competition is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. All prizes will be sent by post within 30 days of selecting the winners and entrants must provide a correct UK postal address before any prizes are sent.
14. Replacements will not be issued for lost Amazon voucher codes.
15. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon. You are providing your information to Pet Protect Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entrants who enter this competition and claim a £30 Amazon voucher code will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions outlined above.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
