1. The promoter is Pet Protect Ltd (registered company number 1774371) whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, A1 Barnet Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, WD6 2XX.
2. The voucher offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Pet Protect Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. By entering the promotion, a customer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The route to redeem the voucher offer can be viewed at www.petprotect.co.uk/februaryoffer
5. The £30 Amazon.co.uk voucher offer or current promotion is only available to customers who purchase a new pet insurance policy between 1st and 28th February 2023
6. Closing date of the offer will be midnight on 28th February 2023. After this date no further vouchers will be permitted.
7. The rules of the voucher offer, or promotion are as follows:
   • Customers must purchase a new pet insurance policy with Pet Protect through our website or over the phone either direct, via an affiliate site or via ComparetheMarket.com or MoneySupermarket.com
   • To claim a £30 Amazon.co.uk voucher the customer will be sent an email or SMS to ask if they want to redeem a voucher. The customer must reply to the email or SMS to confirm redemption of a £30 Amazon.co.uk Voucher.
   • Customers must respond to our email or SMS to redeem a £30 Amazon.co.uk .
   • Customers will receive a code to redeem a £30 Amazon.co.uk voucher.
   • All vouchers are limited to the amount of £30 and are subject to availability.
   • The offer will start on 1st February 2023 and end on 28th February 2023.
   • The policy purchased must be active at the time the voucher is sent by email or SMS to the customer and first policy premium must be paid.
   • The offer is only valid if a customer purchases a new policy between the above qualifying date.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promotion is as follows:
   • Customers must purchase a new pet insurance policy with Pet Protect through our website or over the phone either direct, via an affiliate site or via ComparetheMarket.com or MoneySupermarket.com
   • To claim a £30 Amazon.co.uk voucher the customer will be sent an email or SMS to ask if they want to redeem a voucher. The customer will receive an email or SMS within 5 days of the policy being taken out. The customer must reply to the email or SMS to confirm redemption of a £30 Amazon.co.uk Voucher.
   • Customers will receive an email with a unique code to redeem their voucher once the first policy premium has been paid or within 30 days of the first policy premium collection if paid monthly or annually.
   • The customer must email us to claim their chosen voucher by 14th March 2023.
   • co.uk vouchers are subject to an expiry date and must be used before this date as stated on the voucher.
   • The email address supplied at the time of purchase must be correct at the time of purchase.
   • Customers can claim one voucher per pet with up to a maximum of three vouchers per customer.
10. Customers must be contactable by email or SMS to claim and redeem a voucher and must have a valid email address that is associated with their new pet insurance policy to enable Pet Protect to contact customers about this offer.
11. The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The offer is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any voucher or membership with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Replacements will not be issued for lost vouchers or vouchers which have not been used by the expiry date.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.co.uk. You are providing your information to Pet Protect Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Customers who purchase a new pet insurance policy with Pet Protect and claim their voucher will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions outlined above.
16. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. Pet Protect accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to the voucher, arising out of or in connection with the promotion.

  • VioVet Vouchers can be redeemed on the Viovet website at the checkout, by adding a ‘Voucher Code’ in the ‘Order Summary’.
  • Customers can claim one voucher per pet with up to a maximum of three vouchers per customer.
• Customers must be contactable by email or SMS to claim and redeem a voucher and must have a valid email address that is associated with their new pet insurance policy to enable Pet Protect to contact customers about this offer.
