Make a Claim
It's easy to make a claim with us. Just download our Claim Form and follow the instructions on it.
You and your Vet should complete and sign the relevant sections and return the form to us at: Pet Protect, Furness House, 53 Brighton Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6RD.
If you don't have a printer (or you want to ask us any questions) call us on 0870 243 0099 and we'll send a form out to you.

If you are already a policyholder please consult your own terms and conditions booklet sent out with your Welcome Pack. Please note if there are any changes to your policy you will be advised at renewal. All terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with any additional information that has been sent to you.
